The Apartment was in October 2006 complete renovated and new refurbished. It has a total of 92qm residential area and consists of a Living room, 2 Bed rooms, one Kitchen and a Bathroom with Shower and toilet. Before the Apartment is a 12qm Terrace with a view to the Pool.
The facilities also include a TV with 92 channels, a safe, a DVD player, a radio with CD player, a laptop with its own wireless Internet access and in the Kitchen a refrigerator. All Rooms have a a cover fan and in the Bed Rooms a aircondition. Its possible book the aircondition for a Price of 7,00 US$ per day and per aircondition.

The Apartment is for up to 4 Persons. Its Ideal for small Groups or 2 Pairs. They payed our Apartment not per person but per day, so it is in the price/performance ratio unbeatable.
